Hear our 2025 Staff Engagement Survey results with Gallup Inc. This year, instead of hosting the biannual standalone engagement event, UCSF Learning & Organization Development is bringing this important presentation to the monthly UCSF Town Hall.

L&OD and UCSF leadership work throughout the year to not only analyze the results from the survey, but to expand opportunities for all of us to be heard, share the results of our annual UCSF (Gallup) Engagement Survey and implement an Action Plan with the entire UCSF community.
