L&OD and UCSF leadership work throughout the year to not only analyze the results from the survey, but to expand opportunities for all of us to be heard, share the results of our annual UCSF (Gallup) Engagement Survey and implement an Action Plan with the entire UCSF community.

The July Town Hall will take a deeper dive into the results of this year’s Staff Engagement Survey, conducted in partnership with Gallup, Inc. Reflecting and understanding the survey results annually provides us with data points that help each of us, individually and collectively, take meaningful steps to enhance our workforce culture.
L&OD hosts several employee engagement events and activities throughout the year including two annual Staff Engagement Town Halls, Ambassador Summits, Manager Action Labs, as well as Strengthsfinder, Leadership and Professional Staff Development courses.
