UCSF Learning & Organization Development (L&OD) in partnership with the vendor Mursion offers the latest innovations in learning technology for practicing work readiness skills, such as "giving and receiving feedback" and "having difficult conversations."

UCSF managers and staff can book a 30-minute training simulation with human-powered avatars to practice difficult, high stakes conversations. 

These simulations are facilitated by a live Simulation Specialist who provides the spoken dialogue for up to 5 virtual avatars at one time. This unique blend of AI and human performance enables learners to dynamically engage with multiple avatars, enhancing the learning experience. Mursion simulations are available for both UCSF leaders and individual contributors. There is currently no cost for UCSF departments utilizing our L&OD credit.
