Looking for a specific report?

"Overall UCSF Engagement Action Planning"
This is the report default tab
Outlines the goals, dates, and breakdown by Health, Campus and total.

How is my SET Member Tracking Against the Goal?
Select "Health Action Plans" tab
This view defaults to business unit structure.  
Use drop down list to change level of detail.

What is my particular leader's stats?
Select "Search by manager" tab

  • To search for a leader whose rollup you want to review: 
    click "Management Hierarchy" on the left navigation.
  • To search for a particular manager's name: use the "Search Manager Name" option in the top left corner.
Want to download or get a report pushed to you?

Download to Excel
From any view, click on the excel icon in top right corner.
This will allow you to download the selected sheets.

Get a report pushed to me 
Click on the "Watch" option at the bottom menu, then select "Subscriptions."
You can include the view you are currently on to subscribe OR the Entire Workbook.
The format can be either Image, PDF, or Both.
Frequency can be one of the options already built in OR when the data refreshes (approximately 10:30 am daily).
Click Subscribe to save this subscription.

When the report arrives in your inbox, click on the image
It will direct you to the dashboard with the parameters you already selected.  You can then click on the Excel Export icon in the top right to download the full detail of that leader’s rollup.
