UCSF Health Action Planning FY2025-26
Goal for UCSF Health supervisors and up:
- By October 15, 2025: submit an action plan to HR Umbrella
- By March 15, 2026: complete a minimum of 2 action plan tactics in HR Umbrella, with at least one tactic focused on specific ways to recognize individual or team contributions on a regular basis

- Use the Action Planning Completion Dashboard below to track your own, your rollup's and your Health business unit's progress
