UC Learning Center via the Sumtotal Mobile App 

eCourses, reading material and instructor-led workshops help learners succeed in their current role or prepare for a new one, toward increasing safety, productivity and engagement.

Managers and employees can take compliance, assigned, and recommended training by UCSF, UC and Skillsoft Percipio in the UC Learning Center via the Sumtotal mobile app.

How to download the app

1. On your phone Download the "Sumtotal Mobile" app from the mobile store

2. Open the Sumtotal Mobile App and when prompted enter the mobile site https://uc.sumtotal.host/core

3. From a list of UC locations, select UCSF and sign on with your MyAccess account

Select UCSF and signon with your MyAccess Account

4. Enter a PIN (personal identificaiton number) of your choice and press Done.

Vist your mobile store, search for and download the "Gallup Access" app

2. Open the Gallup Access app and when prompted to sign in, select the option to "Login to your organization's portal"

3. Login with your UCSF MyAccess login and Duo authentication
