Effectively Managing Performance
Learn how to set expectations, coach effectively, and address performance concerns.
This course is a required prerequisite for the second and third courses in the series.
Documenting Performance-Related Feedback
Learn how and why to create objective, observation-based performance documentation that supports employee development and personnel decisions.
Supervising Effectively in a Union Environment
Learn key labor relations terms and concepts, understand manager rights and union rights, and know how to respond to situations unique to managing represented staff.
