How to download the app

1. From your phone, download the LinkedIn Learning App.

2. Open the app and login.
Login with your UCSF email address, MyAccess login, and Duo authentication.

If you previously connected your personal LinkedIn profile to your UCSF LinkedIn Learning account, you may also be prompted to enter your personal LinkedIn password. Please direct password login issues to LinkedIn support.

UC Learning Center via the SumTotal Next App 

Redesigned from the legacy "SumTotal Mobile" App, be sure to download "SumTotal Next."

Managers and employees can take compliance, assigned, and recommended training by UCSF, UC and Skillsoft Percipio in the UC Learning Center via the Sumtotal Next app on their mobile devices.

The vast library at your fingertips includes eCourses, books, audio books, AI simulated conversations and instructor-led workshops to help you succeed in your current role or prepare for a new one, toward increasing safety, productivity and engagement.

How to download the app

1. On your phone Download the "SumTotal Next" app from the mobile store (NOT the "SumTotal Mobile" app).

2. Open the Sumtotal Next App and when prompted enter the mobile site https://uc.sumtotal.host/core

3. From a list of UC locations, select UCSF and sign on with your MyAccess account.

4. Enter a PIN (personal identification number) of your choice, then press Confirm.

How to download the app

1. From your phone, download the Gallup Access app
Visit your mobile store, search for and download the "Gallup Access" app

2. Open the Gallup Access app and when prompted to sign in, select the option to "Login to your organization's portal"

3. Login with your UCSF MyAccess login and Duo authentication
