Action Labs

Navigating today's priorities priorities as a supervisor or manager.

The Action Labs are 90 minute virtual sessions where you can work on your specific management situation to address organizational priorities.

By the end of the session, you will have a clear set of actions to take as next steps.
Each lab is supplemented with a resource guide and optional consultation time.

 

 

Engagement Action Labs

Take action with team results from the recent Gallup engagement survey. 

Upon completion of this Action Lab, participants will be better equipped to share survey results with their team and explore the challenges and opportunities in dialogue with their team to co-create meaningful action plans.

You must download and bring your team engagement survey results report to participate in this lab, either your own team’s report or your manager’s rollup report if your team did not meet the report’s 5 survey responses minimum.

This session is for managers whose team had at least 5 survey respondants.

For managers of smaller teams
This session is for managers who have small teams of less than 5 direct reports or whose team did not reach a minimum of 5 survey responses. Request your manager’s 2024 Engagement rollup results from your manager prior to the session.
