The session is grounded in real-world application. Through hands-on examples, participants will explore how AI tools can support everyday communication tasks, such as summarizing complex threads, drafting responses, brainstorming ideas, and refining tone. The focus is not on replacing human thinking, but on enhancing it to save time and improve focus. Participants will leave with simple, actionable techniques they can apply immediately to write more effective emails, respond with greater confidence, and use AI tools thoughtfully in their daily work.
Learning Objectives:

- Craft concise subject lines and openings that establish context quickly
- Use tone intentionally to balance clarity, professionalism, and connection
- Leverage AI tools to summarize, draft, organize, and refine email communication
