This online live training is designed to help you successfully navigate through today’s challenging times where many are asked to work remotely, or collaborate with others who are working remotely, and turn these challenges into opportunities to develop your skills on several fronts. This includes being productive working remotely, staying invigorated and motivated, managing your attention so you can stay focused, communicating with other remote team members skillfully, and adopting a proven methodology for managing your work.
This session touches on both the people/emotional side as well as the practical/operational side of your work. You will be equipped not only with unique skills based on our extensive research effort in the areas of mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and the growth mindset, but also on our years of experience in helping business professionals manage the overload and competing priorities. And, to create a lasting impact, as a bonus to your participation, each attendee will also be given access to the 21 Practices eCourse and the Hello Mindful App (Web, iOS, and Android).
Cost: There is no fee to attend. Each participant is responsible for cancelling their own registration in the UC Learning Center before the cancellation date reflected in the course details. Not doing so will result in a $35 fee. This applies to both late cancellations and no shows.
Location: Given the current environment we are converting to virtual sessions. Participants will receive an email with a zoom meeting invite 2 business days before the session.
