Online live workshop for teams to thrive in the midst of the pandemic and beyond. Pandemic or not, working remotely as a team has significant challenges ranging from lack of clear communication to difficulty managing competing team priorities and projects, sharing information, conducting remote meetings, and using the multitude of technologies on hand, as well as building psychological safety, keeping the team spirit high.
Today, during this unprecedented pandemic time, these challenges have been amplified, and more challenges surface as teams are required to work remotely while expected to create compelling results. This highly interactive online live workshop is designed to help teams overcome traditional and new challenges, leveraging the latest research in mindfulness and emotional intelligence along with the latest technologies, tools, and collaboration practices to maximize team performance.
Cost: There is no fee to attend. Each participant is responsible for cancelling their own registration in the UC Learning Center before the cancellation date reflected in the course details. Not doing so will result in a $35 fee. This applies to both late cancellations and no shows.
Location: Given the current environment we are converting to virtual sessions. Participants will receive an email with a zoom meeting invite 2 business days before the session.
