Working with physicians and researchers takes special insights, approaches, ingenuity and patience. Also, your staff who work with faculty need more coaching, appreciation and direction than staff In other organizations.

This half-day workshop focuses on hospital-specific perspectives and skills to support your staff to understand the UCSF structure and culture, work effectively with faculty, and build an effective team.
